Creativity

Below are some questions to think about and possibly be a jumping off point for creating your sequences and get your creative juices flowing in the right direction.

Personal Style:

We all start something for one reason or another. Identifying why you wanted to become a barre instructor is a great starting point in discovering your personal style. Before this weekend you were the student, think about what in class made it enjoyable for you. What kept you coming back. Take a moment to show case your strengths with the following questions:

Why do you want to be a barre instructor?

What section of class do you find most enjoyable? ( i.e.: cardio, gluts, arms)

What section of class do you find most difficult?

What is your favorite type of barre music? ( I.e. Rap, no words just beats, throw back old school)

How do you prefer your music volume in class?

Do you have any specific moments that have stood out to you from taking a barre class?
